Tanzeel has its own in-house MEP department specializing in building services. We execute design and build projects that include complete MEP works such as HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and low current systems for residential buildings, hotels and housing projects.

Air Conditioning: We offer a comprehensive range of complete HVAC Solutions. Tanzeel is well equipped to deliver on all HVAC related projects as the team is provided with workshops to an experienced team of HVAC Project Managers and Engineers. In addition to our experienced site personnel, Tanzeel is well equipped to deliver on all HVAC related projects as well.

Electrical: The Electrical Division handles a wide range of electrical work for villas, high rise buildings and commercial properties. Within a short period of time Tanzeel has created a niche in the market and have successfully executed several prestigious projects in the U.A.E.

Low Current System: The rapid boom in the construction sector in the U.A.E. and the increasing interest in various security products, has aided our low current system division in making rapid strides in becoming a one stop shop for all Low Voltage systems solutions.

Fire Fighting:Tanzeel offers a wide range of comprehensive firefighting systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and monitoring systems. Our Team is able to carry out and successfully install such systems in order to build up a reputation of quality, reliability and excellent after sales service.
